Adrian is a pro. He is great at tracking down answers from the seller's agent and finding houses that meet your criteria. He is very responsive and sets up house tours with a short turnaround time table. He's also set up automatic alerts for houses that come up on MLS and alerted us to them in near real time. I have worked with him twice now and have been happy both times.
